We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information from end users viewing menus.

4. WhatsApp Integration

MenuBZ offers WhatsApp-based menu updates for restaurant owners. When a restaurant owner contacts us via WhatsApp:

• We collect the phone number and message content to process menu update requests
• This information is used solely to update the restaurant's menu as requested
• We do not share this information with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Hosting providers (Cloudflare), WhatsApp API (Meta), and analytics tools necessary to operate our service
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Restaurant menu data is retained while the restaurant maintains an active subscription. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Restaurant owners may request to:

• Correct inaccurate information
